Client Development Manager (CDM)
As a Client Development Manager you will play a vital role in leading the definition, development and deployment of solutions for CaseStack’s clients, which are mid-tier consumer packaged goods manufacturers. This position serves as the hub for client solution design and project management. Working in a team environment, you will transform clients’ business requirements into well-defined programs that provide efficient and effective distribution solutions. You will successfully – and simultaneously – manage multiple projects using industry-standard project management techniques to ensure successful, high-quality and timely deliveries. This role includes significant client interface responsibilities. The Account Representative will exhibit exceptional customer service with a working knowledge of transportation and logistics to maintain and generate revenue for the Transportation Solutions Division of CaseStack. This position will work directly with the Sales Coordinators to provide industry-leading logistics, excellent service and specialized support. The ideal candidate for this position will be working various web-based systems to obtain competitive quotes, book shipments, schedule transportation activities and resolve customer related issues. As a representative of CaseStack, the Account Representative will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism in the business community during all phases of our transportation sales process.
Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator must demonstrate a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of management relating to customer service, transportation and logistics. This position will work directly with Account Representatives to help generate more sales and to provide our customers with industry-leading logistics, outstanding service and specialized support. Helpdesk Administrator
Candidate should be familiar and comfortable with Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all Microsoft and Microsoft Compatible Products with an emphasis on Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003, Office XP and Office 2003 and phone system administration. Ideal candidate will have experience in the Backup and Restore of Desktops and Laptops and have the ability to respond to Helpdesk/Desktop Support Issues in a Corporate Environment. At least 2 years of experience working as a Helpdesk Technician or Computer Support Technician capacity.
Transportation Manager
As a Transportation Manager you will help form and develop the Transportation department by providing critical support to internal team members, developing reporting mechanisms and managing vendor relations. The Transportation Manager will be responsible for resolving service, billing and claims questions/issues with service providers and internal teams. The position will entail negotiation of pricing, assist in developing infrastructure support growth of the company’s transportation service offerings. This position requires 15% travel minimum. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in transportation services; will be familiar with FMCSA regulations and other transportation laws, NVOCC experience and transportation management experience is a plus. Applicant must have proven leadership skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and keen problem-solving aptitude. Must have the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently and effectively. Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Business Development Manager (BDM)
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will sell outsourced supply chain solutions to the consumer packaged goods industry. The BDM will prospect, qualify, penetrate and close primarily mid-tier CPG companies that benefit from the CaseStack technology enabled outsourced supply chain management solutions. The BDM will penetrate and build business relationships and sell solutions to target clients’ sales, operations and finance functions at both senior and manager levels.
Warehouse Account Manager (WAM)
This is a fast-paced position, which includes significant client interface. Ideal candidates are savvy multi-taskers, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership qualities and great attention to detail. An expertise in Microsoft Office and web-based programs is imperative to succeed in this position. The WAM is the backbone of all daily operations at CaseStack, so applicants with a strong knowledge of product distribution is a huge plus. Must be internet savvy and have intermediate MS Excel skills. Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
Marketing and Communications Intern
We offer our interns the freedom to learn, create and develop their own agenda. No red carpet set up or the opportunity to rub elbows with celebrities, but we do promise that you will walk away with true real world experience. Our most successful interns have had solid Microsoft Office skills, some familiarity with design and can grasp the fundamentals of marketing. If you are looking for someone to spoon-feed you direction and info, this is not the internship for you. Successful candidates will report to the Marketing Coordinator and will work collaboratively with other team members, outside consultants and vendors. Successful interns will receive a letter of recommendation, evaluation and pieces to add to their portfolio. Course Credit is available. Intern must be a student currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate school. Monday – Wednesday shift; Flexible 15 hours a week.
