CaseStack's Warehouse Management System

Our Warehouse Management solution is modular, upgradeable, and easily tailored to fit customer specifications. The object-oriented design enables it to support multiple languages, units of measure, and currencies over a common database. The Value-Added Services (VAS) and personalization capabilities, including compliant labeling, promotional inserts, kitting, assembly and price ticketing, enable custom orders to run quickly and smoothly. Our warehouse management system can manage orders at the line-item level and features a rules-based returns processing engine.

Clients can choose to set up a direct integration between their order management system (OMS) and the CaseStack system. Our integration with internal order management systems results in a seamless process that improves customer service, reduces processing errors, and significantly decreases administrative burden.
