Warehouse Account Manager – Santa Monica, CA or Fayetteville, AR

As a Warehouse Account Manager you will play a vital role in the day-to-day service and support of CaseStack’s clients, which are mid-tier consumer packaged goods manufacturers. This position serves as the primary liaison between CaseStack’s warehouses and our customers. You will successfully manage multiple clients’ warehousing and distribution needs, provide industry-leading customer service, and ensure superior and expeditious execution of customer requirements. This role includes significant client interface responsibilities. As a Warehouse Account Manager you’ll be part of the backbone of the daily operation at CaseStack.

EDI Analyst- Santa Monica, CA

Responsibilities will include developing, mapping, testing and implementing EDI documents using knowledge of standards and business systems; conducting tests and enabling trading partners to send and receive EDI documents; processing failed documents; troubleshooting problems including communication, mapping, failures and issues and working with trading partners to resolve EDI issues. To perform this job successfully an individual must have a degree in a computer related field with at least 2 years experience working in a fast paced, fast growing company. Individual must be extremely detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.

Client Development Manager – Santa Monica, CA or Fayetteville, AR

As a Client Development Manager you will play a vital role in leading the definition, development and deployment of supply chain solutions for CaseStack’s clients and their consignees. You will be responsible for overseeing the customer’s experience by working in a team environment and guiding the various internal functions with touch points to the client - including sales, operations, accounting and information technology. You will successfully – and simultaneously – manage multiple projects using standard time and project management techniques to ensure successful, high-quality and timely deliveries. Additionally, you will address clients’ ongoing needs, seek expansion opportunities, and ensure their continued satisfaction with CaseStack. Lastly, you must exhibit the business acumen and flexibility that allows you to successfully work with all levels of the customer’s organization – from “C” level to entry level.

Information Technology Support Technician– Santa Monica, CA

This position will provide local and remote assistance for end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software failures, configure network printers/imaging devices, perform backup management, and desktop provisioning. Other primary responsibilities: User management (Active Directory), including group policy; Support Microsoft Windows 7 Professional; Support Microsoft Office 2007, 2010; Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008; Virus prevention / remediation; Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software installations; Google Apps Premier Administration; VOIP and Digital PBX Administration; Limited on-call support for after-hours emergencies.

Software Quality Assurance Engineer / QA Testing – Santa Monica, CA

This position is focused on the testing and implementation phases of the software development cycle. Job will involve implementing new functionality into our web site and testing CaseStack's web based supply chain software. We are looking for a software tester to investigate, report and track defects. Your duties will focus on creating test plans, setting up test cases, executing tests, and the analysis of the results. If you love testing, are a quick learner, a team player, and you are able to work independently, this is your chance to join our team.

Requirements: Experience testing web based applications written in ASP.NET using Visual Basic. BS in a computer related field. Excellent analytical skills. Detail Oriented. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Junior Database Administrator - Microsoft SQL Server with SSRS – Santa Monica, CA

We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Database Administrator interested in pursuing a career in database development and administration. The candidate should have a background in computer programming, understand simple and complex data types, be flexible to changing priorities, and be effective working in a team environment. This role will assist and support the database administrator in the following tasks: review project designs; optimize T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and queries; and complete ad-hoc reports and requests as needed.

Account Representative- Warner Center Area, CA or Fayetteville, AR

The Account Representative will be the leader in a front-line, customer-focused sales effort. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. Applicants will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a “can do” attitude and a team player spirit. The Account Representative will exhibit exceptional customer service with a working knowledge of transportation and logistics to maintain and generate revenue for the Transportation Solutions Division. This position will work directly with the Sales Coordinators to provide industry-leading logistics, excellent service and specialized support. The ideal candidate for this position will be working various web-based systems to obtain competitive quotes, schedule transportation activities and resolve customer related issues.
