CaseStack knows that your work doesn’t stop at the office. That is why we designed our real-time visibility technology to be available 24/7 and made it accessible through any standard web browser, anywhere in the world. We give you total access and complete control over your supply chain  -- whether you are in the office, on the road or at home.

Our Fortune 500-caliber technology provides a more comprehensive and sophisticated logistics management system than clients could afford on their own. To easily manage shipping and warehousing, clients log on to the CaseStack Web interface. From there, we receive the information and are able to sort, stage and transport product to any of our warehouses nationwide. Complete visibility of inventory and transportation activity gives unprecedented access to centralized, real-time logistics information such as shipment tracking and speed-to-market performance. CaseStack also provides a customized procurement platform (EDI) for processing shipment-related transactions, quoting, shipping records, customized reports and demand planning tools.

In addition, our web-based interface also allows clients to:  

• Set a Minimum Level of Inventory- Clients can set this level by warehouse or SKU. If the inventory of a product drops below the given level that the client determines they will receive an email alerting them that the inventory dropped below the set threshold.

• Track Shipments- Clients rest easy knowing where their products are at all times. Shipment can be tracked via BOL or PO number.

• Create Shortage Reports- This feature provides a view of all possible shortages based on outbound orders submitted to CaseStack for fulfillment. CaseStack is able to calculate a shortage by comparing current inventory and pending inbounds with all outbound orders. This is a great tool for optimizing allocation of inventories among various retailers.

• Administrative Rights- The administrator of the account can add other users and control their access to what information is visible. This can be helpful for an administator who wants to control other users access to billing or other sensitive information.

• Track Shipping Activity- Clients can look at shipping activity per SKU to view trends and forecast future sales volume. Data can be retrieved by date range, warehouse and recipient and can be downloaded to MS Excel for further manipulation.
